Erica
De la O
Pilates
Instructor
Erica
De La O, was born in Los Angeles, California. She was first
introduced to the Pilates Method by her classical ballet
instructors. The Pilates method was a vehicle for strengthening,
stabilizing, increasing flexibility, injury prevention and
most importantly, body awareness.
Ericas
interest grew and she trained with Rael Isocowitz intensively
in a six month program and a six month internship. Although
Erica has used The Pilates Method as a vehicle to benefit
her own career as a ballet dancer, her forte as a Pilates
instructor focuses on the non-dancer. Erica is also certified
in Gyrotonics ® and she incorporates the rich virtues
of this method to benefit each session.
Erica
brings to Fitness on Frankfort over 10 years of experience
in both Mat and Apparatus Pilates Method. A session will
complete a full body work out from head to toe with an emphasis
on the individuals goal and capabilities. Currently,
Erica is a First Soloist with the professional ballet company
of Kentucky, The Louisville Ballet, but at Fitness in Frankfort
her goal is to teach others wellness and body awareness
as a way of life.

everybody, my name is Sylvester Davis. I graduated from
the University of Louisville in 2005 with my degree in Exercise
Science and Sports Medicine. I work at the Ford Kentucky
Truck Plant Wellness Center as an Exercise Specialist for
Swimmer Wellness Services, Inc.
In addition
to my position at the Ford Truck Plant, I am an Intern with
the University of Louisville Football Team working as a

My passion
for fitness and strength training began in Middle School
when my Dad purchased my first weight set. When I was in
High School, I played football and participated in power
lifting events throughout the State. I was also part of
the Health and Fitness Magnet Program at Fern Creek Traditional
High School. I then pursued my Bachelors of Science Degree
in the area of Exercise Science.
Over
the years I have had the opportunity to learn and work with
many excellent coaches and trainers. Id like to share
with you my education, skills and experiences to help you
reach your goals.
When
I am not working, I enjoy outdoor activities, hanging out
with friends, and playing video games. This picture of me
was taken on top of a mountain in Snow Bird, Utah.
Sylvester
has the potential to be one of my best all-time trainers
on staff. He will coach you for sixty minutes, complete
